Mono OG w/ RVG stamps, ear etched in run-out, 47 West 63rd NYC address on labels and rear sleeve. Disc has some surface marks / hairlines but retains a nice glossy shine with no heavy scuffs or scratches. Fully play-tested, sounds loud and strong with occasional surface noise, a few light pops/clicks but overall solid playback. Labels have some spindle marks and wear around centre hole, side B "microgroove" printing is smudged. Sleeve has general ageing/wear, light discolouration.
Super rare USA mono 1st pressing from 1960 with RVG stamp and ear etching in run-outs and “47 West 63rd Street, NYC” address on labels and sleeve (pre Liberty buyout). Strong VG condition all ‘round. Golden-age hard bop with a stellar line-up on the coolest jazz label of all time - ‘nuff said!
