We are currently only selling and shipping within the UK on our website. For international orders, please visit our Discogs page here.
FREE UK SHIPPING OVER £75:
UK orders only. Shipping discount is automatic, and cannot be combined with any other offers or new subscriber discounts. Valid for website orders on digvinyl.co.uk only.
POSTAGE COSTS:
Postage costs are calculated by the total weight of your order. All costs are taken directly from the Royal Mail price guide, with a small surchage added per order to cover packaging costs. We use sturdy packaging and pack carefully, to the highest standard. For reference, we use the following weights as standard for each format:

UNITED KINGDOM:
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, all orders will be shipped within 2 working days.

LOCAL PICKUP:
We are offering free collection from both our Bold Street and West Kirby shops during our opening hours, simply select this option at checkout. Local Pickup orders are typically available for pick-up within 4 hours during shop hours, and up to 12-24 hours outside of shop hours. We will contact you when your order is ready.
TRACKING INFO:
You have the option at checkout to select your shipping method. We currently offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour, Tracked 48 Hour and Next Day Delivery. Tracking information will be updated when your order is shipped.
GRADING:
We use the Discogs grading policy for all items. Please note that items are visually graded only unless stated otherwise on the listing. If you would like photos of a specific item, please contact us directly. The grading guide can be found here.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
