Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the UK, via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr postage. Please see below for details.

 

FREE UK SHIPPING OVER £75:

UK orders only. Shipping discount is automatic, and cannot be combined with any other offers or new subscriber discounts. Valid for website orders on digvinyl.co.uk only.

POSTAGE COSTS:

Postage is calculated by the total weight of your order and charged at Royal Mail Tracked 24hr rates. All costs are taken directly from the Royal Mail price guide, with a small surcharge added per order to cover packaging costs. We use sturdy packaging and pack every order carefully to the highest standard.

For reference, standard weights per format:

 

Packaging adds roughly 60–200g to the total order weight.

 

UNITED KINGDOM:

We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24hr only. Orders are dispatched Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

If your order includes stock from our West Kirby shop, please note this location is closed Mondays and Tuesdays, which may add a short delay to dispatch for those items. We'll always aim to get your order out on the next available post day.

If your order contains items held at both our Bold Street and West Kirby shops, these will need to be transferred to one location before your order can be dispatched, which may add extra processing time on top of the above.

LOCAL PICKUP:

We offer free local pickup from both our Bold Street and West Kirby shops during our opening hours, simply select this option at checkout. Local Pickup orders are typically available for pick-up within 4 hours during shop hours, and up to 12–24 hours outside of shop hours. We will contact you when your order is ready.

If you'd like to collect an item from a shop different to where it's currently held, we'll need to transfer it between locations first, so please allow extra time for this before it's ready to collect. We'll always confirm with you once it's arrived and ready for pickup.

Bold Street is open Monday to Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm.
West Kirby is open Wednesday to Sunday 11am - 5pm.

GRADING:

We use the Discogs grading policy for all items. Please note that items are visually graded only unless stated otherwise on the listing. If you would like photos of a specific item, please contact us directly. The grading guide can be found here.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
