1st UK press. Clear plastic sleeve with 'Clear Spot' logo embossed, backed by a printed both sides (black on white) card insert (which has 'right-angle' corners, not radius ones or glued back-to-back as USA). [Please note ALL images

This 1st issue does not have the 'Clear Spot' logo printed on the insert, which appeared on later issues in a plain clear plastic sleeve with no embossing.

The vinyl center labels are a different text layout & color to similar/later UK release. No Warner logo either.
