Release Notes

Somewhere out there in the air the notes, sounds and words that you’ll hear on Bryter Colours were waiting to be found. We were lucky enough, over a few months in 2024, to find these and fashion them into the songs and music on the album. We’re never quite sure how it happens, and we won’t be questioning it any time soon, but we’re glad it did.

What we created is a picture of where we are in 2024 which makes sense to us and we hope that you’ll find something to take away from listening to the songs and music that make up the album.

As to ‘genre’ we aren’t really sure and leave it to you to decide (but if it helps a great friend of ours who listened to the test pressing of the album for us called it ‘alternative folk prog’)
