Notes:
There is no print credit "Printed in France" on the inner sleeve unlike the version at [r381647. It is however identical in all other respects.
As per the related version, there is also a hyphen after the title on the front cover (which is combined with the phrase on the inside of the foldout cover which reads "To Be The Mother Of 1000 Dead?"). The title appears as just "How Does It Feel" on the label.
