Was released with a very unique gatefold sleeve that hinged both ways - effectively having two different interior images.  Should include a two sided sheet of lyrics and the Harvest label inner bag.  It appears quite a few early releases also included a Harvest letter signed by the Broughtons production company Weemeenit.
