Eighteen months (maybe more) in gestation, from first having the idea to writing & recording the tracks & then negotiating the minefield of vinyl production.
The initial idea comes from Arthur Koestler's "Darkness At Noon" but then broadened into a treatment of the Soviet experiment more generally.
Certainly dark, but hopefully uplifted by moments of hope. And some great synth sounds.
