Very similar to [r1617556, but with minor differences to the matrix, pressing rings and the text lay-out of the labels: at 3 o' clock, the catalogue number and data below it have been printed slightly lower on this one, so that the word "prohibited" in the rim text finishes slightly higher rather than at the same height.

Shares the same die-cut gimmick gatefold packaging as other releases, with a clear plastic window to resemble a vintage television set and an art deco-inspired inner sleeve with track listing.
