Gloss gatefold sleeve with tour pictures on inside. 
Issued with printed inner sleeves, each of top opening card with a die cut thumb section.
Some copies included a 12" square, 8 page staple bound tour booklet.
Some copies also contained an 8" square insert showing a merchandise order form on one side, a pictorial discography of albums on the other. This insert contains catalogue number "EJ 2402001 (I)".

Differs to [r=14496495 and [r=14811022 in the bottom left corner of back sleeve. This release has more text near the boxed EMI logo ("Country of manufacture of record as stated on record label").

All Matrix/Runouts are stamped except " E-2404261-A/B F-1/2 Wally " and " E-2404271-A/B F-1/2 Wally " which are etched.
