This is a reissue produced some between 1996 and 1999, when Polygram who owned Island cancelled their exclusive rights agreement with Stemra which is printed on the original pressing of [r=2724528 and signed a new agreement with MCPS which is printed on this version.

Packaged in J-card case with a twenty-eight page oversized booklet (i.e. too big to fit in a jewel case). Both contained in cardboard slipcase which has text on all three closed edges.
