One-sided disc, etched on the reverse with the autographs of the Queen band members. 
In gatefold sleeve with basic singles discography printed inside. The interior panel has a special die cut design to display the "autographs". This design may cause a subtle indentation to the front panel.
The title as seen on the spine has no discernible spacing between the first two words.
