Matte gatefold sleeve; some copies have a green sticker printed: 'Over-nite Sensation - Frank Zappa and the Mothers - K41000'.
First Cat.# on sleeve, 2nd on labels.
This UK first pressing, along with other European editions with 'K' in the matrix, appears to have a different mix as the stereo channels have been switched R to L in the mastering in comparison to the first US DiscReet 'MS' edition.
This version without additional text around the edge of the label 'A Warner communications company. W' (with Warners logo at the end).
All UK vinyl covers carry a red Discreet logo with black shadow. All other copies carry a white Discreet logo with black shadow.

B2 appears as "Dinah Moe Humm" on outside gatefold, but as "Dinah-Moe Humm" on inside gatefold and label.
