Packaging: standard plastic slim 2xCD swing-out hinge jewel box case, clear tray, 4 page v-fold cover booklet, all 5 bonus inserts are behind the swing tray (plus a ltd./1000 hand numbered sticker on shrinkwrap). DVD disc is simply placed floating on top of CD disc 1.
